Claimed to be Norton anti virus company, which I have used for several years. Then this so call Norton company transferred me to another company, Geek Studio, to help me with my concern. I subsequently learned they had no relationship with Norton, and Norton confirmed this was a scam. Geek Studio claimed they had a partnership with Norton and they covered things that Norton didn't. After talking to official Norton person, I learned everything Geek Studio told me was a lie. Have reported to credit card company and they have a hold on charge. They are investigating. Geek Studio claimed they would refund the charge, but so far have not.
