I had a puppy that was to be delivered. It was sent on January 22 2025. First they want me to pay for a temp regulated crate. Then insurance. I received my tracking number. Then the puppy would be delivered. Then a got a text saying the there was an accident, the animals had to be taken to the vet. All were fine except one cat passed and the driver passed. I was sent a second tracking number. Then I was asked to pay for a city permit. So the puppy so to come the next day. So on February 3 I got a text saying they needed more money because after the accident the law changed and they had to change the crate from plastic to metal temp regulated. Which I let them know in the paperwork there was no description of the crate it just said temp regulated. Hope no one else ever goes thur this.i made payment Thur Zelle.
