I ordered 3 things the blazer was cheaply made and was over $100 the dress I ordered looked nothing like the picture it was do cheaply made and the support email is a generic automated response

I placed an order for $140.31 for two blouses. One blouse came was poor quality and I wanted to return the item. They said the return would cost more than the item to go ahead and keep it. Meanwhile, the other blouse I ordered was out of stock. That cost $85. I emailed Futario and asked to please be refunded that money since the item was out of stock and never sent to me. They continued sending emails with a $10 refund offer and 10% off another item and I only pay shipping. I said no thank you I would like a refund for the item that was out of stock. They continue to send emails that do not make any sense. Basically I’m out of $140. I’m extremely frustrated.

Here is one example: (this string of communication has 25 different messages. I cannot paste the communication because this with not allow html) happy to send the entire means of communication.

Ordered Bohemian Floral Printed Lace Blouse with brocading and what looks like cotton lace. What I received was a polyester type material with synthetic lace, very cheaply made and VERY CHEAP LOOKING. Clearly a Knockoff item!

RUN FROM BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to get a refund from this company for a jacket I bought last year...yes, last year. it was supposed to be leather with sheepskin trim. It arrived being a fake leather and fake trim. They keep sending me bot messages of "sorry for the inconvenience" sand how about 10, 20,30, 40% back or store credit. Still no refund. Posting this everywhere on social media to keep other people from having a similar experience.

This company shows what looks to be high quality clothing so I ordered a dress for a party. They never sent me a confirmation #. I had to go back through my browsing history to get the order number to ask when I can expect delivery. They did communicated and respond to my emails, but with the same generic "your order has been designed well"...so probably an AI response. It took a full month to get the item, which I didn't need anymore. When I took it out of the package it was an extremely thin rayon-like fabric that had no tag at all except the size, and looked nothing like the dress on the website. Shein has better clothes for a lot less money. I will chalk this up to my mistake and not doing my research or due diligence before ordering from this company...lesson learned.

Futario lists clothing on their website that does not match the quality shown in the product images. For example, their leather coat is made from faux leather rather than genuine leather.

The merchandise that purchase was not as described in the ads; made of poor materials. I contacted the company by multiple emails, in order to get a refund. They suggested I give the merchandise to someone else and they would will me credit of 30% for my next purchase and give them a favorable review on Facebook. I also told them I was willing to pay for shipping and handling to return the items, if they would send a name, address city state zip code. Their response was that it was not worth my money to send the merchandise back; how can they tell me what I can or cannot pay??

They keep sending me emails offering me a % to make another purchase and I keep the merchandise: I don’t want the merchandise or anything else they are trying to sell. Also, I would never give anyone any cheesy products that I would not want for myself.

I am so irritated that I have been scammed out of almost 300.00 for crap!!

PLEASE AVOID FUTARIO and NEVER purchase anything from them.

If an ad pops up on your page from FUTARIO, don’t open or read it, JUST DELETE IT!!

I placed an order for a leather jacket through the seller's website, but they never provided any shipping updates. After 12 days with no communication, I attempted to cancel the order. My first email to the seller bounced back, so I opened a claim through PayPal. Eventually, I found an alternative email and was able to reach the seller, but by then, the order had already shipped and could no longer be canceled. When the jacket arrived, it was immediately clear that it was not made of leather, as advertised. The material was cheap, the quality was poor, and it had a strong, unpleasant odor—making it practically unwearable. I contacted the seller multiple times (over four attempts) requesting return instructions and a full refund. Instead of addressing my request, the seller suggested that I "gift it to someone" and offered a discount on a different item. After refusing their offer and insisting on a refund, they responded with yet another offer: I could choose another item, but only if I posted a positive review of their store. This cycle repeated multiple times without any resolution. It became clear that they were merely pretending to engage in customer service while avoiding any actual refund. This seller is running a scam—misrepresenting their products, refusing returns, and using deceptive tactics to avoid accountability. They do not apologize or take responsibility. I strongly advise consumers to avoid this seller, as you will likely lose your money.

They advertise an expensive leather iteams and I received a chip imitation not even similar to the advertised and I emailed them to get the return address but they refuse instead they offer maximum of 40% after a week of contact they don’t accept returns and they advertise they receive returns. I contacted they the next day that was Jan 18

Ordered jacket according to size chart. Horrible fit & quality is cheap. Wanted a refund & return. Emailed, they responded in minimal generic txt saying wont be a problem with communication. Several other short emails stating I wanted to return. The final email was denying a refund & offered a discount of 40% As if I was going to order from them again
