Ordered two items online during a winter promo on November 16th. The scammers advised my items shipped two days later, however it is now January 14th and I still have not received the items. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times and despite three responses indicating I just needed to “please keep waiting, it’s on the way!” I still have yet to receive the item. I asked for a refund and they stopped responding. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to try and recoup the stolen funds.

I ordered 3 winter 3 way coats for my little Shi Tzus. Order was placed in December. All I received was a fake tracking number . It never changes over to US tracking number therefore it cannot be tracked by any US postal service.
When I contacted supplier by email (no phone provided) the only response I get is more advertisement, never an answer to my question.
I tried several times. Still no coats.
I am sure lots of dog lovers fall for this scam.
