I bought 2 hats from this company on August 11, 2026. Their site claims they only have about a 10 day fulfillment process. It has now been 6 weeks, the company hasn't given me an update. They've ignored me 2 times via their website contact portal. I emailed them 3 more times once I tracked down the customer service email. I got 1 vague reply and now nothing. I'm going to file a chargeback through the card I used because that's over $50 that I lost. I either wanted my product or a refund and they refuse to even reply. I wish I saw all the people complaining online about this company before I bought from them with my own money, a mistake I will avoid making again. I feel very foolish for being scammed by this company.
