My mother was having her home improved, and was looking for a sealant to repair cracks in her home. This man suggested to do a liquid rubber all over the floors and walls of the room, which he did. She contacted him a couple days later when she realized it was not drying the area is now unusable and unmanageable. He said he would be over later that week to check it out. He never came. It has been over 2 weeks and they are ignoring all of her phone calls, I called and left a voicemail after the two weeks. The man who called me back said his name was Craig (or Greg) and when I told him it was regarding my mothers place (I stated the address) he said it was one of his workers named Mark who works in that area (Grimsby). He said he would call him and call me back, I stated it was urgent and I will wait for him to call back. He has since ignored my calls. My mothers contractor called as well and the man answered, when they heard it was regarding my mothers place, he promptly hung up the phone. I than left him a voicemail stating I will be filing a report with ScamPulse.com and that my mother was now at a loss of $1,200 and that I hoped he would call me back. No one has heard anything from them.
