I have been using their proxy to bid on online auctions service lately, i usually win auctions of items (pokemon tcg cards) which market value is high way under its value. However this is the second time that i have paid for an item in auctions won, the seller has shipped the items and they have lied about the status of such items claiming they got already shipped to me and later that they have been lost in their warehouse. Offering to refund the amount i originally paid to win the auction while is likely they have kept the items won, pretty much having me (and maybe other users too) shop for good deals for somebody in that company who knows about such items real value and keeps them to later simply flag it as "lost".
