I purchased a Groupon coupon, 4 Frenchie and Company for haircut I decided to make an appointment. Schedule my appointment for Tuesday 10/*/21 @10 am The Stylist I was scheduled with was Macy Organa. I arrived one half hour early just to make sure I found the location. I stumbled upon Macy Organa talking on the phone outside the shop I could tell because previously I saw a picture of her on the internet she had gray purple lipstick. When it came time 950 I got out of my car, to go into this Salon which of the doors were locked. I came across this person that worked * ***** **** I asked, if that was French & Co. Salon? Was told, yes, warned me "good luck" they scammed one of their coworkers. I went back continued knocking on the door, thinking they hadn't heard me. I heard someone talking to me on the upper left corner and a camera. I explained I had an appointment with Macy and they told me no Macy works here I must be at the wrong place I said no I just stop Macy outside talking on the phone they continue to tell me I was at the wrong place got in my car at 10:04 I received an email stating that I was a no-show and charged my card $52 Macy Organa is running three businesses out of one business, scamming people their money and Redeeming the Groupon getting paid twice from Groupon and from their card please look into this immediately upon reading the reviews oh, they have been scamming people for a very long time through Groupon and other ways I'm even beginning to wonder if this businesses are legitimate if they have a New Mexico cosmetology license/Business license? Something wasnt right since the beginning !! Please check into all three businesses also when I did call back marissa claimed to be the owner. Thank you for your time
