I ordered 3 Shirts from french Crown.I used Paypal . They shipped 3 shirts that were not correct size. when I asked for a refund they would only offer a small credit .I said i wanted a full refund. then they went silent. i later made a claim to Paypal . I sent photos that showed that the sizing was clearly not correct . this didn't seem to make any difference. Paypal didn't even send me a reason or notification of the decision. They made a decision in favor of the scam company. When i researched this reasoning from Paypal .I'ts a common response, you as a customer actually get no protection from Paypal .
