I have no information. It came through to my phone someone had charged us $19.00 for free shipping and I've never even heard of them or ever used them. They're taking money from me and I don't even know them.

I ordered some makeup from a company called Laura Geller, and during checkout, I was asked to use freeshipping.com to track my package… now I have been charged by freeshipping.com for a membership fee (a month later) that I never agreed to. Apparently, they do this to a lot of people if you search it on google. There must be some sneaky fine print that they are using to get away with this, but that shouldn’t be allowed to continue. Also, when I went to their website to try and cancel it… I had to use the password reset option because I don’t recall ever creating a password for this website, just the Laura Geller one. Then the password reset wouldn’t work because no matter what password I tried to create it kept saying “invalid credentials” or “doesn’t meet requirements”. I am beyond frustrated that this company has my bank account info and I can’t even login to their website to cancel a subscription that I never agreed to.

I made an online retail purchase on 3/30/2025. After completing the purchase I was prompted to add my information to freeshipping.com. It appeared to be for the shipping of my items so I completed the information as usual and then thought nothing more of it until I reviewed my credit card statement today. I was charged $2.00 on 3/30/2025 and received no email explanation for the fee. I was then charged $19.00 on 4/6/2025 for a continuing subscription for Freeshipping.com which I do not have an email receipt for this either. I never agreed to sign up for a recurring subscription with this company. This appears predatory and they seem to have a business practice of piggybacking off of online retailers to lure consumers into sharing their private data and subsequently charging them for a service that was not authorized.

We were scammed by FreeShipping.com (100 Roscommon Dr. Suit 302 Middleton, CT, 1-800-869-5597 or 1-800-515-9185). Sometime in April we appeared to have had an Amazon return that automatically signed us up for it! We had no knowledge of this, no communication about us being signed up or anything about what service they were going to provide. We didn’t use the service but didn’t notice the $19.00 debit on our credit card bill until 10 months later. We recently contacted them to cancel it and they did it but only provided a four month refund! This is nothing but a scam! Again, we were enrolled in service without our knowledge and without any communications from the company on what services they had signed us up for!

Freeshipping.com alleges that I signed up for their monthly subscription service at $19 per month for "free" shipping, which I did not. They said I clicked on a coupon while shopping for appliances or home goods, but could not tell me the retailer. They had my email address incorrect yet somehow had my husband's PayPal account and charged $2 and then $19. Neither of these charges were authorized. When confronted, they refunded my money. During they busy holiday shopping season, I suspect they frequently get away with this. Why would anyone pay for "free" shipping. None of it made any sense.

After an online purchase, there was a link that said you are eligible for a rebate. After clicking through I realized it was a scam but it was too late l, they already charged my account and set up a membership that would charge me around $20 every single month. This was never approved and those key words like “set up”, “ membership”, “sign up” were never included. Now they refuse to refund my money.

They kept charging my card for something I never authorized some shipping company and I had to cancel my card because of reaccuring fraudulent charges

I received an email from a company I had ordered with online recently (carports.com),

I followed the email link to what I thought was their website and said there that, I was getting a refund on shipping and a 15% off on the next order.

It asked for your name (first and last), your address, your card number but without the p.i.n., and your email.

Then on the next page it says it's gonna charge you two dollars ($2.00) which I immediately exited.

Then they tried to charge my card because I got the decline notification for insufficient funds.

Then I received an email for cancelation. When I clicked on this, it asked for basically the same info (so they can cancel), then at the bottom it says they are charging a thirty seven ($37.00) dollar fee to cancel the two dollar charge.

A SCAM, TWO OF THEM, LINKED .

Freeshipping.com is engaged in phishing by sending along with NEWEGG invoices a type of scams advising customers they can get $10 back on their order. which is absolutely false, first thing they do is get your address out of you in lure of sending you a check for $10 back on your order, before any agreed upon terms are presented then you are redirected to give them your debit/credit information again with no agreed upon terms all under the cloak of being a NEWEGG third party,

Then finally you are given terms stating you won't be charged for a month of their services and you can cancel any time during the trial then in expections of getting that initial $10 lure you agree to their trial terms after they have fished both your name address & card information & worst of all after having been SCAMMED out of $2 and some very important information is their is no way to delete your information off the site or delete the account as a whole, blatant phishing

Was charging my mother's bank account monthly but didn't sign up for. When called couldn't give much information but said would cancel and refund her money.
