Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was scammed out of $1200.00 by an online seller listed on Freeclassified.com for a Ezgo 2014 gas golf car from Cleveland oh silver/white with free shipping and insurance included in the purchase price. I replied to the seller through freeclassifieds.com and the seller replied back via email and a text , the email address is [email protected] and the phone number was 1-415-825-7714. The email informed me that an invoice would be sent by Ebay motors and instructions for purchasing the golf cart. I received the email from Ebay motors and was instructed to send the payment using Onevanilla cards, I did what the email instructed and was excited when I received a confirmation of payment email from Ebay motor saying that the shipping process would take 2-3 days. The next day I received another email from what legitimately looked like Ebay motors informing that the shipping process was started but a new law that they didn't know about prior to my order required me to send an additional $300.00 for insurance but I would be refunded the 300.00 after the delivery. At this point I knew I had been scammed!! I reported it to Freeclassified.com but the listing wasn't taken down, I reported it to Ebay and I called Onevanilla and was told that the card was used at these merchants Coach, Macy's.com, PayPal and Clinique. I was hoping to stop these transactions but was unable to thru Onevanilla. I did file a report for each of these cards with Onevanilla. I thought that maybe the transactions could be tracked since the scammer used the cards for some online purchases and had to give a shipping address but no help from Onevanilla! I tried calling the seller since she did text me and the phone was no longer in service. I then had my husband contact the same seller through freeclassifieds.com and he got a reply from the same seller with the same information a couple of days later so the scammer is still at it! I would like to warn people and Expose this scam so no one else loses their hard earned money. My money is gone and spent but hopefully by reporting this others won't have the same outcome.
