I saw an ad on Facebook offering a cat tree in the shape of a Christmas tree. It was buy 1, get 1 free at a price of $39.99 plus shipping. I ordered this item on November 26, 2025. It was never received. I contacted the company in early January to find out when it would be shipped. I got no reply. I just now tried to contact them again and it appears the site is offline. I can't see my tracking number and can't view my order. Why are these scammers allowed to advertise on Facebook? Never again.
