I received a phone call from 254–824–8543 from a man who identified himself named Coran Allen and he worked for the state of Texas processing department. He said that he was calling to inform me that a firm by the name of Franco and Weiss was filing a claim against me, gave me a file number and said that I needed to contact them at 855–656–5946 to avoid being taken to court. After the phone call, I then proceeded to Google The State of Texas Processing Department and found out it does not exist. I then proceeded to reverse look up the 855 number which led me to a scam notice here on the ScamPulse.com website. I then proceeded to contact my local sheriffs department here in Texas, who confirmed that there is no state of Texas processing department and that this sounded like a scam. Hopefully this will help other people from being scammed by these crooks.
