COMPETE SCAM! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO HIM! I gave him $225,000 for an "ALL IN" property + renovations and he said he will have it done in no more than 3 months and told me it will take no longer than a few weeks. Well its been 11 months and hes not remodeled it. The house is just sitting there in unlivable condition so i cant even rent it out and when i called to ask about it he wouldnt answer my calls or texts and blocked me. I contacted a realtor and said the house is worth no more than $100,000 in the condition its in at best. I had no other option than to contact the Los Angeles District Attorneys office since that is where he resides and conducts business, and i also reported him to the FBI and just today DJ Thielen finally emailed me to tell me he will not be returning any money to me so i can finally pursue this case as intent of fraud and charge him criminally. I will also be filing legal action against him as well and since this is considered fraud i am entitled to 3x my money back. The ONLY reason i trusted him is because he told me GRANT CARDONE, a well known public speaker, is a very good friend of his and he speaks on Grants stage regularly. There has been numerous other victims that came forth from his other business scam where he teaches people how to flip homes calling "Flipping on Demand" and ive been told hes scammed them out of tens of thousands and some hundred of thousands from his Fortune Foreclosures business.
