Anyone in nyc scammers number is 917-781-6037. From craigslist, t guy pretends to be out of town and wants to buy your stuff then asks to send you a check, which ends up sending a huge cashier's check way more than the amount. Which is probably going to bounce. Don't get scammed, I texted him back that he's a scammer and he never responded again so it looks like the gig is up. It's coming from the same Roslynn Nguyen.

I have had the same experience. A scammer sent me a cashiers check for $1100. When I deposited it, it bounced. I just received another check from him via Roseline Nguyen for $2250.45! I contacted the bank and it too is no good. A Mike Smith was trying to buy a grandfather clock from me. Fortunately I didn’t have it picked up. I think the two of them are working together.

I received a letter from this person, inside was a blank piece of stationery with a check inside in the amount of $9700.00. It was drawn from Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. Looks very legitimate but I didn’t trust it because I don’t know any of these people. So I turned to google and here I am, I am glad I decided to check that name. I don’t know what to do with it, should I turn it over to the sheriffs office and let them look into it? I will not be taking it to a bank. The whole thing looked fishy from the beginning. Be very careful with mail from people you don’t know.

Samething just happened to me yesterday and I had no idea why I was getting a check for $1950 dollar's. No note no nothing , I knew better to get my hopes up but you know the feeling of ( what if) it's real. So going on instinct I checked the name on the envelope and it come up to this lady here Rosalina she's a scammer guys be careful

Why does the name "Roseline Nguyen" come up as fraudulent in a search. What type of scam is this ?

The lady that has sent me this same mail said that she was pregnant and needs help pet sitting her German shepherd. Somehow they were able to get pass my college and have their emails calling out for help sent out to all of the students. Please be careful. I sadly thought that since it was from my college it would be safe and got scammed. They will send you a bounced check that will not go through. For me they sent me $3000. The lady’s number is +1 (252) 285-9218 and she is going by the name of Tracey Carr. She asked me to buy her three $500 Apple store gift cards saying that she is using this to “pay her store manager” who is helping her open up her store. I live in Georgia. Please be careful guys.

I too, received same. Only difference was, to text to 325.307.1571. Instructions were same an amounts were same!
I'm grateful for previous person who noted and posted above. I hope that this will assist anyone else from being scammed!
Also note that inside envelope was another regular size envelope with label that said: Priority Mail 2-Day return address showing: Roseline Nguyen 5200 Clark Ave, Lakewood CA 90714-7000 when I Googled address it showed a post office. When I checked US Post office website it said none at that address.
BE SAFE AN DO YOUR DO DILLEGINCE.

I was mailed a letter indicating that I will be compensated $400 plus $50 for transportation to do a Wal-Mart and CVS store cashier service evaluation. With the letter I also was given a check in the amount of $2350.00. My instructions were to go to a Wal-Mart and make a purchase of 2-$500 Visa Gift Cards totaling $1000.00. Then I was supposed to go to a CVS and purchase two American Express Gift Cards (not American Serve Cards). One in the amount of $500 and the other in the amount of $400/Total $900. Once I was "done with the assignment" then I was instructed to text /email (760-853-1076 Email: [email protected]) photo copies of each Visa/American Express Gift Cards showing the numbers and pins.
