We received this letter by mail that addressed to the owner of our company stating that if we assisted this law firm based in Canada with a transaction that we would receive a 10% "cut" of the proceeds. There is a very valid looking website - hard to tell its not a real law firm in Canada. Red flag was that a law firm would use gmail email addresses.
