I placed an order from ad on Facebook for ratchet straps It has been over a month and i never received it. I emailed and was told they were on their way and if i did not receive it i could request a refund. I have emailed a couple times on this and received no response

I saw an ad on instagram for retractable rachet by Rhino USA. The shop took you to a website with the name forcegear. All pictures looked the same as the ad. The pictures in the website show that you’ll get a 2 pack of ratchet straps and a bag. It says you should receive the item in 7-10 business days. The shipping from china never came. I emailed and received a response asking if I wanted a return and refund. I responded and since emailed 5 more times with no response, no refund, no product. When I click the link in my email confirmation for the purchase, it's all unavailable so I can't access tracking/info at all anymore and the website is now down.
