Booked a flight online through Foggyfly.com on June 02, 2026. After completing the necessary information including giving my credit card number, I printed off an Itinerary detail Seattle- London with KLM on June 22, 2026, and back on July 02, 2026. Not a ticket. The Itinerary detail stated my "Booking was in process"

Then I received a call from this company stating the amount ($941.09) I was quoted that the back flight is confirmed but Seattle- London seat was no longer available, and I would have to pay more money $560. This made me suspicious and after many minutes talking to the agent who was unfriendly, he hangs up. I called back asking him either to honor the amount he quoted and charged to my Credit Card or cancel the ticket and refund the amount of $941.09 to my Credit Card as booking time and my request to honor or cancel was less than 12 hours. He rejected both telling me that I must pay him $560. I told him, that amount is beyond my budget so, please honor our agreement and I want to travel to London with the price we agree or just cancel it, if you can't and refund me.

I called my credit card company, and they told me the transfer is pending and they can start dispute after the transfer is completed. I requested the credit card company to cancel my card and initiate the dispute process as soon as it is posted. Also, there were communication problem as I have heavy accent and the agent or the employee of Foggyfly had heavy Indian accent.

Booked a flight online through Foggyfly.com. After completing the necessary information including giving my credit card number, I printed off an Itinerary detail. Not a ticket. The Itinerary detail stated my "Booking was in process"

Then I received a call from this company stating the amount I was quoted that the seat was no longer available, and I would have to pay more money. This made me suspicious and after many minutes insisting that this transaction be cancelled the person on the phone kept talking and would interrupt me. I told him I was ending the phone call and calling my credit card company to cancel the charges.

I called my credit card company, and no charges were placed on my card as of the phone call, however they had my credit card numbers, so I stopped my current credit card and will be getting a new card in case this company tries to create charges.

False information about tickets: Customers were informed that they had purchased "standby" tickets or that their seats were not confirmed, requiring additional payments to secure a seat.

Price increases after booking: After making a reservation, customers were contacted and told that the initial price was no longer valid, and they had to pay higher amounts to confirm the flight.

Lack of reservation confirmation: Some users found that although they received a confirmation email, the booking was not actually made, and the company asked for additional payments to process the ticket.

I was looking for fly ticket. The result pop up among the other well know sites to compare on bookingbuddy.com. They listed best price of all. So I pick up flight and filled up all info including credit card#. They reply by email with itinerary #. NO airlines confirmation. I call Airlines and they don't found me in system. So I call foggyfly several times. Every time they were elsewhere. but not California , like in NJ. They all speak heavy India like accent. When I talk to them about ticket the say we try to contact you. (no missed call or message). They say Arline didn't approve ticket and If i want to fly i have to upgrade "cabin"? from $257 to $490. Prices went up and I cannot have any luggage. (that is not true with Southwest). Finally I told them I'm done and I'm going to dispute transaction. Guy said we are not going to charge you. You can book another flight. I look on his site as I speak with him and there was 20+ flights at $250 range. The point is they get your info lurking you with low $ and then trying to get more $ telling you it didn't go trough. STAY AWAY FROM THESE [censored].

I found the sight through airfarewatchdog.com and they displayed a very low price for a flight to Panama. When I booked the ticket they called me and said there was an error and that they could offer me a similar flight. But when they were unable to offer me a comparable flight I asked them to cancel my order and they refused and booked the tickets anyway and charged my cc. I was able to cancel the flight directly with the airline but still out $900 which I guess was their "fee".

booked flights online. Received confirmation email. Flight details as described. Received a phone call regarding the flights. Was informed that we could not take any luggage with us, nor would we be able to pay for checked luggage at the airport. Tried to switch sell me to a different airline. I declined and blocked the phone number. Then they tried to process an additional payment of 650 dollars which my credit card company declined. I then cancelled the credit card and informed the card company of the issue. The scammers are still sending me emails and calling from different phone numbers. I am ready to dispute the original transaction for 1600 dollars which is currently pending.

When did you make the reservation and when is the flight ticket? Do you still get in touch with me?

This website is advertising low cost airfares. But once you book a flight with them you get an email that asks you to call them. When you call them they tell you they need to collect an additional amount to secure your ticket. In my case they wanted me to pay an additional 190 to have my ticket confirmed. They claim they are a 3rd party that collects fees for the airline to cover the cost of the discounted ticket I charged to my credit card. I don't know if this company is based in America. I told them I wanted to cancel the reservation because the tactic they are using is called bait and switch. I was told if I cancel they reservation then I will only receive a 5 dollar refund from the airline which is American Airline. I told them I was going to file a complaint against them with the BBB. They claim it is a fair business practice.

Foggyfly.com popped up through cheapflights.com with a lower price advertisement while I was booking for our family trip overseas. After I filled in all my info and credit card number, I didn't get any confirmed e-tickets. So I called their customer service number, and this Kevin person tried to persuade me with different routes and dates in a much higher price than the market. When I asked for his supervisor, he said he was the supervisor himself and changed tone later pretending to speak to his "manager". He said I couldn't cancel my itinerary and my tickets could only be confirmed a few hours before the actual flight day. Also the tickets were only basic economy without a carry on luggage. These were never printed in the web deal nor in the email I received from them. "Kevin" was very deceitful and played catch and bait. I fell for their scam like other innocent customers online (I later read the reviews). When I got back from my trip today, I found out foggyfly.com charged me $467.05 pretending through united airline (with "airline" missing and the merchant website not traceable by clicking it), they are certainly con artists and seem have been doing this quite skillful.
