Call FM locksmith, spoke an employee on the phone who told me they would transfer my call to a tech, who would give me a quote then she hung up. I called back and was told the tech was dispatched then he hung up, still no quote for the cost of service. The technician called when he arrived on sight and got to work, still no quote. When the work was done (4 minutes, the first call to complete service 25 minutes) he then presented me with a bill for $504.00. This bill is over 2× the going rate and never received a quote from any of the 3 employees I talked to before the 4 minutes of work was performed. I should have consulted the ScamPulse.com first.

Called locksmith to help open a simple doorknob that has been locked from the inside - no deadbolt. Said he dad to drill and replace it. He told me the cost would be $450 then ended charging $1400. I didn’t receive an itemized receipt and the transaction receipt doesn’t have the company name or correct phone number.

After Googling the number, it came up as an unlicensed locksmith on the Better Business Bureau’s website.

Do not use FM Locksmith. They are not a legit locksmith. While they may get you into your home, they will over charge and not provide receipts. They also have fake reviews on their website and will not comply with requests for more information.
