I ordered flowers from www.flowersin4hours.com that were supposed to be delivered same day (within 4 hours). The flowers never arrived. When I called the company, every time I pressed a number for one of the options listed, the call disconnected. I then researched the company online and found that many people have reported this to be a fraudulent or scam company that doesn't deliver. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and reported the company to the Better Business Bureau, where I also found many other complaints related to this company.

I found this business “Flowers in 4 Hours” online (flowersin4hours.com) and was wanting to make a flower purchase. I called the business prior to placing the order and the representative I spoke with said that they would in fact be able to deliver the flower as stated “Same day within 4 hours”. I placed the order online while on the phone with the representative. I received a confirmation of the order by email. The flowers were never delivered! I reached out to the Customer Service through chat and received a bot response that someone would get back to me. They never did. I called their listed number, (888) 503-9763, went through an automated recording and requested a call back. I finally received a call from someone at “Blossom Flowers” stating that they did not have the goods and would not be able to deliver. When researching online afterward, I saw many others experienced exactly the same thing. This company is not a legitimate company, and they’re offering a service that they do not provide.

We ordered flowers from FlowersIn4Hours.com (www.flowersin4hours.com) on March 2nd 2026 and the flowers were never delivered order #522974. I call and when I select option 3 ( customer service .. the line goes to a busy signal several times). I called the Flower ordering line and Surprise.. I got a live person.. That transferred me to the customer service dept. and to another "Surprise" the Line went to a busy signal. I will tweet this message out every 10 minutes until I have this situation resolved. I will be relentless.. even contacting local leaders in Panorama City CA.. Their Business license needs to be revoked. They won't return the $68.09 for this order. This is Theft in my Opinion.

I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day through blossomflowersdelivery.com. I was charged close to $78.23 but no flowers have been delivered. I've chatted, phoned, and filed an online ticket and still 5 days later - no flowers. I get the run around everytime I speak with someone.

Compromised Friend’s name, phone number by text, address, PHI as identified in greeting card message.
