Ordered some clothes October 1 2024 they said once it leaves their website it will be 15-25 before delivered. The link they sent for tracking was 718track every time I clicked on it it wouldn't load so I contacted their customer support and told them and they kept sending me screenshots of the supposed website and the whereabouts of the package I ordered well I was wondering where this package was because it had been a month and I happened to look back on the webs on my emails and it shows it was delivered on November 1st well I have cameras and I told them that and said it was not delivered November 1st so then they asked if I wanted to refund or if I wanted them to send it again and I'm like well I would like the stuff go ahead send it again because I have a funny feeling even if I ask for a refund it's not going to happen so now they have me going to a different website this time they sent me to 618track also same issue. Definitely a scam. There is also no phone number to contact anyone only a email. They need to be stopped.

Scammed by a Facebook Ad

I just got scammed out of $40 by a Flaccation ad on Facebook. I placed an order the end of September. They claim it was delivered but I never received it. I emailed “customer service” at [email protected]. I knew it was a scam when they didn’t spell my name correctly. They promised to send another shipment. Later that day I got a email that the order was “lost” at the port. As soon as I asked for a refund..silence. I’m so annoyed that there are people who dedicate their time to scamming people out of their money.

I clicked on a Facebook add, and it took me to https://flaccation.com/. I placed the order online, received the order confirmation, contacted their customer service, and was provided a USPS tracking number. I received a ring with that tracking number, but I didn't get any of the 11 items that I ordered.
