I joined a weight loss program on FitRx. I paid for a 90 day supply of my medication and only received enough for first 5 weeks. They told me their pharmacy said they delivered to me the full supply but didn't. I paid $866 ($203/month for medication) and a subscription fee. When I ran out of medication after 5 weeks, I have not had a resolution. Only way to reach anyone is online through a portal - no way to get anyone on phone. I paid for a $99/ 15 minute visit with a provider who didn't help me. Basically I was gipped 2 months of medication or a refund. I did lose 15 lbs and had momentum but then they screwed me up and left me hanging, no one getting back to me after multiple messages in the portal for 1 week. No refund no medication.
