Website seemed legit and the pharmacy used is a real one in Miami. I purchased what was supposed to be a three month supply for $866. Only one vile was sent. There's no viable way to cancel your membership or talk to customer service. The customer service number does not connect. Several months later they charged my credit card $1,569.00 without any consent or permission or receipt of purchase. They shipped the product as well. The only direct way to communicate with them is an email with a fake response provided by their "care team" which essentially says we understand your concern but you are a current member and the charges are non-refundable and the shipment cannot be returned. This company has run this scam before under different names but the same shell of a website. These people should have been caught and prosecuted already.

I joined a weight loss program on FitRx. I paid for a 90 day supply of my medication and only received enough for first 5 weeks. They told me their pharmacy said they delivered to me the full supply but didn't. I paid $866 ($203/month for medication) and a subscription fee. When I ran out of medication after 5 weeks, I have not had a resolution. Only way to reach anyone is online through a portal - no way to get anyone on phone. I paid for a $99/ 15 minute visit with a provider who didn't help me. Basically I was gipped 2 months of medication or a refund. I did lose 15 lbs and had momentum but then they screwed me up and left me hanging, no one getting back to me after multiple messages in the portal for 1 week. No refund no medication.
