I ordered from Fishneo. Fishneo used GOFO, a third-party delivery company. I waited and waited, having received no notification of delivery. When I asked Fishneo where my package was, they directed me to the third party shipper, GOFO. The GOFO driver sent me a photo of the supposed "package" dumped on my building's lobby floor, not delivered to my door as per clearly posted signs.

I have no way of knowing if it really was my package in the picture. For all I know, they send pictures of fake deliveries.

Fishneo has given me the runaround and have even tried to scam me again, with offers of "discounts" on items I will never receive.

I have found Fishneo's Customer Service to be deceitful and dishonest. This company is highly suspicious and needs to be thoroughly investigated by the state Attorney General
