I used this site to get Insurance quotes. I was provided a quote over the phone (I had to provide name, date of birth, phone number, age and address). When I spoke with a person, he provided a quote but refused to send me details. He stated it was a one time special. Before he could request sign up and payment, I told him this seemed like a scam because health insurance decisions require study and details. he then hung up on me. I called back to speak with someone and they hung up one me as well. I could initially hear background sounds that did not sound like an office setting. I am reporting this business as I do not believe they have sound practices. I also went on their website and request my personal information to be deleted under "contact us".

These *expletive* people have been calling me NON. STOP. Since I accidentally applied yesterday. It is literally INSANE. You cannot block them, as they use a new number every time. I even downloaded a spam filtering app through my cell phone provider and it is doing NOTHING. AVOID!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give them a negative 666 I would, these people are evil. I enrolled on Friday and they charged me five times in one day. I am still trying to get them to remove the last charge and they still keep calling me to enroll. I had them hang up on me and then transfer me to another agent with ten minutes of each other. It never ends and my policy is not effective until tomorrow.

Like everyone else. I was pricing insurance. The very next day I received 50+ spam calls starting around 10 a.m. going thru till at least midnight. I've asked 5 times for them to stop calling and it falls on deaf ears. When you start to complain they hang up on you. You can't block them because they call from different numbers. It's a nightmare and it's only been one day! STAY AWAY FROM FIRST QUOTE HEALTH! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

BE CAREFUL! THEY TRIED TO INSISTENTLY GET MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER WHEN I HAVEN'T EVEN DECIDED TO GO WITH THEM. The person started getting mad bc I wouldn't give him my card information. I had to hang up the phone to get him to stop! I feel terrible bc I gave them my full nale, address and date of birth, Hopefully, they can't use that to scam me. It was scary! How do they get away with this!?
Be careful. It's a scam!!!

Yesterday, Saturday, October 15, 2016, I was looking for quotes for and affordable health insurance plan. I came across the website: http://www.online-health-insurance.com/quotes/listings.php?senior=0&state=CT... From the various websites they linked to, I chose First Quote Health as they advertised FREE health insurance plan quotes. I assumed the quote would be provided online, as other websites do. My mistake. I filled out basic information and no sooner had I pressed the ‘Submit’ button, my husband’s cell phone rang. (On the website I had provided his information as he would be the primary policy holder). My husband took the call and verified that indeed, we are looking for affordable health insurance. The first question my husband was asked was whether or not any pre-existing conditions existed. My husband replied, first, that is none of your business, second and most important, the ACA protects the consumer from being denied insurance based on pre-existing conditions, therefore, the question breaks the spirit of AND the established law. He never provided an answer. The first rep then transferred my husband to a second, the second to yet a third. Following a series of questions about our insurance needs and preferences, my husband was placed on hold for a few minutes. As the third representative got back on the line, he was informed that there was a policy available that would cost $695 per month, for me and my husband, no deductible. (???? Yeah. Right) The representative then disclosed that our first insurance payment for $695 would show an additional charge of $125. When inquiring, the charge was explained away as “application fee.” He was then asked for his credit card number. When my husband objected, he was told that if he did not provide a credit card number “at this stage” they would be unable to “complete the application” thus could not under any circumstances mail us the purported quote. The phone call came from phone number 225-310-2152. That’s a Louisiana area code. Yet the representative claimed they were Hollywood, CA based and were a subsidiary of AETNA. In conclusion, first there was nothing FREE about the quote; second, they are breaking the law by asking about pre-existing conditions.
