Was contacted regarding a payment for a vehicle that is no longer owned by us. The caller Brenda could not provide any details such as the VIN number for the vehicle, make/model or the year of the vehicle. They also said to call 951-379-3594 on the message and provided a case number. We have filed a police report with our local agency and will change banking card information since that was provided to them. My mother was in a panic and was scared as what to do. "Brenda" said they will be forwarding the legal paperwork to us which we will wait until we receive it for court proceedings. Also, they send a docusign document which I have attached. I have also saved the email from Natalie Thompson.
