I have ordered shoes and haven't actually received them yet, but have been reading reviews about this company scamming people. So I asked Paypal to cancel payment, and their advice is to contact the company. So I'm going to wait and see what they actually send to me.

But I wanted to provide the company's Chinese name and email address from Paypal in case it might help others to contact them for refunds.

The full name given on Paypal is

Wuttan mang guo jin fu shu zi ke ji

I ordered two pairs of shoes from FindBest.Com (size 13 Mens). I received two pair of shoes that are probably size 11.5 or smaller. Their website and receipt indicate a Full Refund Guarantee...No Questions Asked. After requesting a refund/return, I was offered a 20% coupon for future purchases but no refund. Subsequent daily requests were offers beginning at 15% refund and increasing daily by 5% each day up to 40%. All communications have been with [email protected]. All these communications are from a bot as indicated by the fact that all the emails start with "Dear Comcast".
