Received a call from 209-776-1898. I did not answer and let it go to voicemail. This is what was said:

I do not have any debt, or the need for a hardship program. This call is phishing for information and it is a scam.

I received a text message from a financial hardship department although I don’t have any financial hardship and have never applied for anything. There is a linked phone number but when I enter the phone number into your phone number box, it does not recognize it. That number is 833-890-2982. I tried taking a screenshot of the text message, but I can’t enter it into this box as an uploaded file. This is the second one that I’ve gotten. I also reported the first one.

I’m have received several voice mails from the Financial Hardship Group. I called them back and asked for Isabella as that was the name left on my voicemail. A guy said he could help me and asked was I still looking for a 7500 loan for my unsecured debt. I told him I might be and asked for their web site and other bro proving they were not trying to scam people. He hung up. When I call back they don’t answer.

I received a message on my cell phone last week. The phone number in my caller ID 216-405-1001. Callers name was Jeff. He was with the Financial Hardship Department. I have a pending application for a hardship loan. Elimination of debt. I did not apply for this I never heard of them. They did not give a dollar amount this time. They previously gave me a loan figure of $30,000. Call them back at 209-776-1898. It sounded like an actual person. I did not answer or call back.

Caller from the "financial hardship department" said on voicemail that he sees that I'm qualified for a "hardship loan" for up to $37,000. Gave phone number: 209-706-1985.

Obviously BS. I don't need a hardship loan. If they want to so badly to give loans to people for whom they have zero information, the terms of this "loan" must be a real jackpot for them and no help at all (or rather a hinderance) to the "lender".
