Am looking for someone that can be trusted and reliable to work very well with good understanding as a Personal assistant/Customer Service Position from home. I have been a freelancer projects funding specialist for over 14 years, with much of those years spent in Italy, Singapore especially in Australia facilitating funding for humanitarian projects and hospitals for Haiti, Philippine and some third world countries. My passion for humanity supports and humanitarian projects got hike when I was an EMT. I'm happy with my profession because my efforts put smile on faces and with my experiences I have ability to bring out the best in almost everybody I work with directly or indirectly.
The job involves you working remotely from your location and it's flexible, working with us is about instructions and following them. We establishing a new office location in your area which you will be a part of the new team upon completion. This position is a part time position for now and flexible and it will be full time upon completion of new office. My only fear is that we may need you to perform an assigned tasks in a timely manner sometimes, so we need someone who can be able to meet up with executing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
I need your service because I am constantly out of town and presently in Italy, due to business meeting. I will return to the states next two weeks so this process will be on going till then. If you don't mind, I will meet up with you when I return and then we can talk about the possibility of making this long term.
As a executive personal assistant, your activities among other things will include;
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receiving Phone Calls from my clients when am busy.
• Making Regular Drop offs at FedEx Stores for letters meant for my clients.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Running personal errands.
• Work independently without much supervision.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
** Type: Part-Time
** Hours: 12-15 Hours Weekly
** Days: 2-3 days Weekly
** Weekly Pay: $510.00
Please note that this position is not office based for now, it's a part-time work from your location for now. I would like to give you an immediate trial, so if you are interested kindly get back to me. As I have been checking files and schedules and would need someone urgently to run some tasks for me this week/next week. My Financial Adviser will issue you funds to execute the tasks, and complete the assignment. You will need to Purchase gift items for kids (Foster Care) which i will send you a list and description of the items, alongside delivery address when purchased. ***I really feel this is a scam. All my research points to the real Filippo Stinellis fellow working in Italy as a board member of a major Construction Company with Billions in revenue would never in a million years contact me in the USA for a job directly.
The grammer and language is very poor, almost Asian sounding.
Four different job descriptions/role titles in linked page.
One can see the scammer is playing on sympathy, ie: foster care, to try to legitimize their case.
Once this person or group received all my personal information I would probably find a condo bought in my name show up on my credit report next year.
Do not be fooled. This gives a bad name to real companies posting jobs.
