ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

On 7/8/2020 I ordered #18105-FH, 2x off 3LFolfable water bags code VT_EWSRTGDX9D and payed for them $29.32. to this date 3/18/2022 never received.
PLEASE YOUR RESPONSE !
Is it a SCAM SITE ? or have you gone UNDER ?

I purchased a multimeter (AU$106) in August. Was given a receipt/order number and promised that shipment would follow. Four months later and I'm still waiting. When I questioned the delay, I was advised of a backlog plus the COVID stuff. Now the Ferris Hub website I was working through has shut down. Not happy. Lance (Australia).

I ordered a guitar tuner/capo back on June 6 and have yet to receive my order. I emailed several times and I get the same runaround that they are “looking into it“ the last time I emailed them before this time they said please give them time to figure out what is going on. In August I ordered silicone molds for cement letters. Never received it. After several e mails sent, each time they say they will check on my order and say it is delayed due to corona virus. Now I don't even get a response. Scammers! My order was paid in full! Do not order from them!

I paid $59 for an item from there Facebook store months ago. I have sent numerous emails to them and they have an automated reply blaming COVID19 for the delay in shipping. I continually email them and do not get a reply other than to have patience. They also say they have no refund policy and will not give me my money back. Its a complete scam.

They are basically thieves. Item ordered on May 9th, nothing came. 34 emails sent. They refused to give me my money back and always respond with a generic apology. Avoid this scam company no matter what.

I made an order and received order confirmation July 5, 2020. Still have not received item. Their e-mail response is an automated response system. Is there anyway we can find these people to get our money back? they are gaining thousands of $ by scamming people. Order #14934-FH confirmed this is what I received from them.
