First purchase order #32022 was for a single file on the 25th Oct 2017. Second purchase order #32033 was made on the 26th Oct 2017 for 2 files. Both purchases were for general pre recorded audio files. No custom work was done. Nothing was received or delivered till the 27th Oct. This was after several emails and complaints. When some files were received on the 27th Oct, i found that ONLY the files from the 2nd order had been delivered. I questioned about the status of the first order and was informed there were system issues and that more time was needed.
The next day, i promptly requested a refund for BOTH purchases. At this time and even till now i have only received the files from the 2nd order #32033. The first order #32022 was not and has not been delivered to date.
I was shocked when i was informed that ONLY my first order could be refunded while the 2nd order is not subject for refunds!! Now i have paid for both orders and received only files for 1 of the order. And the order which i did not receive, i was given a "refund". This whole episode shows and suggests that there is NO actual refund involved as stated and guaranteed from the statement below (cut and paste from the company's website) :
Firstly there is NO mention of any refund limitation to 1 or 2 or 3 or only the first purchase. Secondly, how can there be a legal refund if the customer has not even received the paid order?
