She states with RTT and Hypnotherapy, the client willgently release those layers so the client can rise into their highest, most powerful self.

Prospective client schedule an initial call, Felicity calls back. She listens to what troubles client wants resolved, advises her priced packages. She makes no mention of no-refund policy. On first session, she states that client does not go into hypnotic state. One session is 2 hours, but she is not on time and sessions lasted less than 1 and a half hour. She sets session to music, advises to listen and journal. All sessions are on zoom.
