My exact experience. After ordering 24 rolls of Charmin Ultra for $37 48 on March 20 today May 23 I received 12 thin rolls of a Chinese TP brand. Since I received "something" I won't be getting my money back I too have learned my lesson.

On March 16 I had ordered TP/paper toweling for $37.48. Im pretty sure Im screwed over again. I tried to check my order and it told me OOPS something went wrong. It tells you to track order thru Arrive. Tried to e-mail them and it didn't go through. No such e-mail . I would like to know how to get my credit back. Thats a lot of $$$$ to lose. Like my other report Im 67 yrs old. I finally have learned my lesson by never ever ordering on FB.
