I ordered a dress for my daughter for homecoming, color stated plum. Upon receiving it after one month and paying $60, the dress was burgundy/maroon. And quality of the dress was very poor. When I said I wanted to return the dress they stated this is not part of the return policy. They would give me $15 back on my card or $60 credit. When I reviewed the return policy, nothing stated there regarding inability to return set items. I asked for a full refund and all they were willing to give me was $20 and I'm still waiting to receive that. All of the items on their website are very severely inflated and the quality is poor.
