I went to the tiktok shop to order some things for a friend, everything looked good at the time. I made my order, then I received the ordered confirmation, and tracking number. They did charge my cc on 12-25-25 merchant name LOOKFESTIVE, MERCHANT ADDRESS 757-7096622, NY, 112350000. Shipping has taken forever, package showed delivered 01-25-2026 but my friend said she has not received anything. I tried to reach out to the company who shipped it and they said reach out to the company the purchase was made through. Their website now shows unable, I did send an email asking for photo proof of delivery, and will be disputing the charge on my cc.
