I went online to purchase airline tickets. The price on farehutz were best priced. I gave them my information. I called them the next day to confirm but they changed the price of the tickets to much higher price. They did a bait and switch.

In my opinion this website is a "bate and switch" operation. I was looking at flights through Skyscanner.com (highly rated) and when I went to book flights, I was sent to www.farehutz.com. I booked the airline and flights I wanted. The site showed my reservation as "pending" so I called customer service. I was initially told my first flight was "overbooked" and rep offered me new flights/times on same airline. When I told rep I just booked this how is it oversold she tried to tell me it just happened. I told her I wanted my original flight. She offered me a flight on another airline which I refused as it would cost more in baggage charges. She also told my my return flight needed to be changed. When I refused and demanded my original flights, I was sent to a supervisor. Supervisor tired to convince me to change flights and reasons for it. I demanded a refund threatening to write a scathing review and report to ScamPulse.com as a "bate and switch" scam. I was finally able to cancel my fight arrangements. I booked the original flights and times directly with the airline and it cost me exactly the same amount. STAY AWAY from this site. Total scam!!
