We received a shipment of about 10 boxes of latex gloves that we did not order. We then started receiving letters in the mail stating we had a balance of nearly $4,000 due for the gloves. We continually get letters, emails, and phone calls trying to collect the debt, but the company has been unable to provide any confirmation or proof that we ordered anything from them.
