I was sent a document that said Final Notice , with my name and sent to my address. the letter had my name and the following . This letter is to inform about an important matter regarding the property (and my address) secured by your current lender. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice. Please call immediately as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU: 1-800-201-1745. HOURS OF OPERATION 9AM TO 5PM CST.

IT HAD A RECORD ID DDV19WLHZ. A check that is not a check for allocated waiver for 195.00 with the signature of William H. Keating. Notice date given was 1/26/2026. On front it says This Notice is time sensitive: Sent on 1/26/2026.

INFORMATION FOR MORTGAGEE ONLY LENDER INFO: APPROVAL PENDING. I DON'T HAVE A LENDER OR MORGAGEE. THIS IS A HOME THAT I HAVE LIVED AND BELONGED TO MY PARENTS, IN THERE WILL I RECIEVED IT AND IT WENT THROUGH PROBATE.
