Fake Fazza

He contacted me on Instagram saying it was his private account and asked me for my phone number to talk on whatsapp. Then she contacted me on Hangouts. She sent me photos and videos that I didn't believe in because they were taken from the web. When I told him I didn't believe him, he convinced me with a video call and I talked to him while he drove. He answered my questions in a relevant way. The next day he sent me the photo of his ID card to reassure me that it was Fazza himself and at that point I believed him.
In the following days he asked me for money in cryptocurrencies (Moonpay) to let his children play, and 300 euros to become a member of the royal family ...
At this point I started investigating the web.
I still don't understand how he could make the video call and send me his ID card ...
