Bought online a Labrador puppy. $1000 Never got it. During shipping and delivery, got twice to pay extras for replacing the crib that not match to a flight and need heat for the puppy after the seller "left" the office of shipping company (details of that company below as well - I guess it is the same people).so I paid 1750 for that crib and they said it will be refunded on delivery. later they called me and said that there are missing papers for insurance and I have to pay again $1700 that will be refunded as well. Today after not receiving the puppy they asked for $3700 for city permits. so here I stopped. The Shipping company details are: https://petstravelagency.com/ tracking number: GD876543215FNB contact person: Jose Pareza phone number :(google number) 424-242-8465 and in one of their shipping emails found this number too: 7864163332 email: [email protected] email for paying the Zelle ( that can lead you to their fraud accounts is "[email protected]") email for paying for the puppy to Jacob on zelle is : [email protected] Feel free to contact me for emails and text messages I had with these two .

We reached out via the email on the website. I received and email and text back from the person. He said the dog we had inquired about was available. He claimed he and his family bred labradors for 25 years in Austin, TX. There was a very long email. Detailed. It sounded legit. He sent us a questionnaire about our family to make sure we were a good fit. He asked for a delivery date and our address. He said he would start all paperwork and send us a bill of sale only if full payment via Zelle was made. I was very hesitant and he said that I could put down a 50% deposit to reserve the puppy. Which makes sense because deposits are always made for reserving a puppy. We grew a bit uneasy about everything and he kept texting for the remainder of the balance and ask for screenshots of the transaction. We decided this was too weird and we asked for our deposit back. Since then he has gone silent. We feel so stupid for doing this. I have saved the text messages and the emails.
