Advertisement seen in need of vendors. Unusally high vendor fee, but said had up to 200 booths available for vendors and food vendors. Only 7 booths with only 2 out of 4 food vendors. No advertisement for event can be found at the 3 city chambers as stated. Apparently someone with the same last name works at some radio station no-one has heard of and mentioned the event. Researched and found other vendors that they listed as coming but did not show up explained they had lost money and made no money, and was refused even half of vendor fee. This has occurred at every event that has been setup. They setup at county fairgrounds throughout the state. Same advertisement each time. Supposedly keeps fees paid up front for all advertisement and only a few people know about the event in the community.

I saw ordering information on Facebook. I thought I was ordering from JC Penny. I ordered $46.31 in merchandise on May 7 and paid in full with credit card. I followed tracking and it stated it was delivered. I contacted them several times. They responded the first couple of times but after that no response.

The scammers called themselves Michael and James and James was the supervisor I talked to both of them they assured me that this was real they emailed me DocuSign paperwork I mostly talked to Michael

I contacted this place via Facebook and ordered a full bedroom setback in January of 2022. They never gave any updates and when I would contact them about when I would receive my furniture, there was always an excuse. I finally cancelled my order October of 2022 and I kept getting the run around about when I would recieve my refund. I was only able to receive $700 of the over $3000 I paid. They will not return calls or texts and have my husband blocked on Facebook.

Sent a message via Facebook messenger asking if I heard about the good news the government was giving, asked to pay a fee for certificate of receiving the grant and once it was about to supposedly be delivered always had to come up with a fee and it had to be through gift card American Express. Also, my Facebook account is hacked, and I cannot log in to my old account scammer changed email and password. Is still using messenger because some of my friends have messaged me saying if it was me and I say no, scammer is still using my messenger to get money off people through this scam program. I need something to be done, especially since they pretending to me when it's not me. Facebook is very hard to get a hold of someone. I cannot do any of the prompts to recover my fb account because password and email was changed.

I have emailed and they said they were legit. I request4ed a tracking number but have not received one.Ordered on July 3, 2023. the site I ordered from was salechicos.com. They said in an email they are helping Chicos clear their stock. Have not heard anything since 7/3/2023.

I was approached by Lilly Docheva on Facebook Marketplace asking to purchase one of my items for sale on Facebook Marketplace. They then sent me an email from Zelle asking for the buyer to send an additional $400 to confirm a Zelle Business account. They then asked for a refund of $400. Details are in the uploaded file. Zelle details: Mike Hobbs [email protected]. They got me to disclose my home address, phone number and email address.

Facebook ad, using Kohls as business name, didn’t realize it wasn’t associated with Kohls department store until I started trying to track my order. Supposedly a shipment has delivered to me, today 7/15/23 a few minutes past noon…it is 8:26am as I type this. I requested refund.

The scammer is a Chinese company advertising on Facebook as being from South Carolina, selling quality clothing made in and shipped for SC. The clothes are similar to the photos but are made from cheap materials and the packages are shipped from China. Upon requesting a return label for full refund, the merchant offered several lesser amounts back ($15 0ff, $25 off, and so on up to $50 off) and told me to keep the clothes. I was very angry for the dishonest advertising (I primarily bought the items to boost US economy) and requested the full refund in exchange for returning the clothes. The company finally told me to ship them "back" to Dubai on my own cost. I tried to reverse charges with my Credit Card company but they said they couldn't get money back from the merchant. The cc company actually refunded my money out of their own pocket but the merchant still got away with it.

It's a financial assistance grant program they are aiming to help people to pay bills, debts, and mortgages, buy or repair home, pay student loans, for disabled people, and develop more opportunities for the community. I got $30,000.00 when I applied for this program recently. I signed up for utility bills, rent, and car support. did you got anything from them or you want me to share you the link to apply where I did?

Received an ad on fb for bed bath and beyond clearance through a company called Sofaclearance.com. Paid for a chair via credit card through paypal. received a paypal receipt with what appeared to be chinese characters on it. - possibly.

5/17/2023 notified I have not received my package or received any status concerning my package.

5/17/23 responded with Dear buyer, due to the slow customs clearance recently, please wait patiently and you will receive the goods.

Now she will not respond and business seems to have disbanded.

Yesterday my Facebook got hacked and Facebook isn’t doing anything to help me get my private information back. I have pictures of my daughter and milestones I have been posting about her for 7 months now that I’ll never get back, I habe message from friends and family members that have died they I look but ans read I have had Facebook for over 10 years so I have a lot of personal information on there including my back account information and my Girl Scout troops Information and I need to run my troop. I can’t get a live person or AI at Facebook to help me at all. People trust Facebook with a lot and it seems like they don’t care about anything that happens to people that use their site. I also buy and sell on Facebook so I missed a sell today because I couldn’t log into my account. The person that has my information is harassing my friends and family to get money. Also when my friend tried to help me they googled “how to get your Facebook back from a hacker” the first thing that came up was a phone number she told me to call it. I did they said they were Facebook and needed my email and for me to download any deck so they could trouble shoot and help me. Well that was another scam because they told me to go to Amazon and put in “Xbox 40” the a gift card pulled up. They told me it was for software and I wouldn’t be charged. I knew it was a scam them hang up the phone and deleted the app and changed the the passwords on my other I could.
