We wanted to purchase a treadmill. Found a reasonable offer on Facebook marketplace. Liquidation Sales is the business name on Facebook marketplace. We used Venmo to pay a woman named Amber Fox. The photo used on FB was a stock photo of a new treadmill. When I went to pick it up I met a man named Jason. He stated that it was new. The box had minor damage and the box lid was secured with nylon packaging tape. I did cut the tape to look inside and from the initial looks of it everything seemed fine. The accessories on top were covered in what looked like factory packaging. We put the lid back on, paid the money and Jason helped me load it. I asked Jason if I got it home, unboxed it and parts were missing or I plugged it in and it didn't run how should I respond. His words exactly were "get ahold of us and give you your money back". When I unboxed the treadmill at home all the accessories were fine. The treadmill deck had issues. The motor housing cover had 5 out of 6 anchors broken and wasn't attached and looked like something was spilled on it. It was sticky. The circuit board, motor, fans...basically everything was covered in pet hair. The tread motor fan was caked with dirt and hair. The bottom support legs were scratched up very bad. Some of the metal parts were rusted. And the bottom support bar and support stand (it fold up and these items do that) were missing. I reached out to them on FB and they immediately became defensive, told me that wasn't the treadmill that they sold me and accused me of taking pictures of another treadmill. Then they blocked me on FB messenger. I used another phone to communicate with them letting them know that I was going to have the local authorities look into their business practice. We went back and forth for a while and it got me nowhere. They mentioned that they weren't going to accept the return. I questioned their ethics and morals as a business owner and they didn't care. They got what they wanted. My money and that was that. They offer no proof of purchase. No document of the product sold. Nothing that states the condition of the product. I guess I should of known better than to take someone's word as good nowadays. That's a shame. I looked into this business and it's not a business at all. You can't find the name of it anywhere. It doesn't legally exist but they have no problem scamming people. Not even the address of the storage building comes up on the auditor's website. Their "business" is in a strip of small offices/buildings. And it was a flat sale. No taxes were paid and no proof of what their selling, quantity or proof of sale(s). They're just selling goods out of the back of their building. The business is made up and being run by a scam artist. And they didn't provide any other means of contact. No phone number. No email address.

They used JcPenny as the place where you get really cheap prices on clothes but you get a ring instead that is not worth the postage to have it sent.

I ordered True Form Keto ACV Gummies. On the website from Facebook it said I would be charged $39.97 for 1 bottle. They charged me for $199 for three bottles and I also had a charge of 59.99 for a cleanse which I did NOT order and I don't even know what that is. After seeing the charges I immediately called to cancel my order and they refused and sent the items anyway. I called immediately upon receipt and they gave me a return authorization # and would credit upon receipt. I tracked the order; it was received on 4/28/2023. I called and they said it was not received and hung up on me. I also tried calling the number again and it just rings and rings. This company is a scam. How can I get my money back?

I have now emailed them 3 times to find out out to return the items as I am not keeping them and won't be charged for products I didn't buy.

The have ignored all of my correspondence. I also tried calling the number and it just rings and rings. This company is a scam.

I found an ad online while on FB that advertised an outdoor set for $50. Yes, too good to be true. I contacted them, after failed delivery, through the support email address they provided at time of order. They promised to resend item to be delivered on April 20th a month later. As of today still no refund or delivery.

Both promised to send me a chihuahua puppy for 400.00 and this was ask including shipping that was agreede and once they got money through cashapp i was told they were taking pup to be shipped. When that happened the shopping company send message needing money for shipping crate and insurance. Once you sent so much all you want is to get the puppy or money back. Both people have blocked any messaes ive tried to send.

I saw ad on Facebook for these weight loss gummies. Even showed sponsored by Billy Gardell. I contacted company immediately with no satisfaction of refund. Also, sent 2 emails immediately following phone call

I contacted this person because they were trying to sell me men stamina vitamins. They got my home address and phone number. They threatened to add a debt to my credit history, I am not sure if they have my social, if so, I am not sure how they got that information. They made several threats over the phone. I called to tell them they sent the wrong product and that the product they sent was $17 at our local GNC store. They then threatened that if I didn’t pay the $150 there will be extra fees to pay and they had a recording of my voice, personal information that they will use against me.

Laptops selling at bargain prices. I pd 55.98 for 2 dell Inspiron laptops. I have screen shots of order. They said it could be tracked gave me #.a place called 17 they couldn't find it. Then got a email saying signed for and decided in Kentucky. I live in okla. Then they said the address on the order was a different address. A lie because I have my order with my name, address etc. I go to looking at I check their site their store and Dicks Sporting goods is or was who they used to get their scam to the public. It has changed again and they are going through Dell Technology to front the same laptops I order. Using the same warehouse pic I have copies of them sending another order to me and same tracking # on it. Then tried to charge when I wanted to track my package. It won't let me send to you my pictures of this scam

I placed an order on 3/11/23. The business has changed names several times. I have emails between myself and the company. I requested tracking information. They sent me a FedEx tracking number for a package not associated with my name or address.

It came from the china network and we ordered a gaming chair for our granddaughter and it has never arrived and the website now comes up closed. HABEIEO is the name of the company. We have the tracking number.

Posted a property for rent. When discussing the home, requested I send money via cash app, Zelle, pay pal, or Apple Pay. Explained I don’t feel comfortable and would like to pay cashiers check or cash. Person got rude with me.

Posed as USPS offering 1/2 price on old issue forever stamps and actually sent you to USPS tracking site. I

provided my credit card number and it is a pending charge.

I checked my credit card account and saw that the charge was made not by USPS but by OxPay*cudwood.

I immediately contacted Credit card company and reported Fraud and cancelled credit card.

I also reported to Facebook that this is a scam

I cannot believe I fell for this...the post office NEVER has a sale on stampsUSPSdoctor-kitchens.com

Used logo from TJMax, Target, JCPenny Kohls Said based out of California. Anytime contacted form letter sent saying merchandise sent . Sent fake ring not ordered. Said was worth more than clothes I did order wanted me to keep in exchange. I was Given Hokapaa.com website to contact for problems . said delivery failure

wants me to go to his private messenger link www.facebook.com/AnthonyChristohermith.grantgov?mibextd=LQQJ4d I never did that I am reporting a phishing, scam person and I don't know where they are from but the original person Terry **** was scammed and sent me a friend request in messenger and I clicked on it cause he is a church parishioner.

A post by Jan Taylor was made on a local facebook community page describing that she was an event planner for a local community market and was looking for vendors (she listed all types of vendor categories) she also stated what venue address was(local),what dates would be available and to message her with what products we make and what dates we are interested in. So I told her what I made and sent a link to my personal bussiness page. She sent me a vendor application told me to fill it out and let her know when it was complete I did and it included the following information my name,phone numbers,email addresses, and what products I made. I told her I was done with form however while waiting for her reply, I noticed the address of supposed event was a venue my aunt owns so I mentioned how that was my aunts property and it was weird she hasn't mentioned the event to me. The scammer replied yes then immediately asked how could I pay for my spot venmo,paypal,or other apps. I was suspicious so I contacted my aunt who verified that the woman was a scammer and not to give her money so then I reported it to facebook. Since this incident, I have changed all my passwords and authentication verification, so I should be safe. However, others are reporting to me that they have noticed this scam on other community pages on Facebook.

Ordered shoes from FB ad that said shoes would arrive w/in 7 business days. Order was placed on 3/29/23 order was received 4/26/23. I emailed to cancel on 4/16 because of the long wait and was told I could not. they sent the "shoes" and it was paper thin, extremely low quality and definitely NOT what the ad said. I have been going back and forth for over a week trying to get a refund and they are saying there is nothing wrong with them, to send them pictures which I have and they clearly show they sent two different size pairs of shoes ( black and blue pairs were purchased). now they say they will refund the blue pair but the black pair they will give me 15% refund for because they are ok.. ( they are the ones that are the wrong size) and if I want full refund then return to them but I must pay the shipping!!

Ordered clothing, $40 was credited because they didn’t have items. Other items arrived, too small and wanted to return. They claim east returns. That is not true. At this point they have refused to send me the return label, address and return instructions. They offered 30% off if I keep the clothes. Why would I, they don’t fit! I have provided them everything they wanted to facilitate my return. they don’t respond

They should not be able to scam like this

I hire Mr Marco Antonio Perez on February 19.2023 he offer his services to be complete in two week after synchronize bank pay him 16.5000 every time I message him he would tell be that there is a delayed on the material then almost 3 months after he reply saying he was deported to Mexico to filed a dispute with my bank how easy is to say this after I been waiting and making my payment to the credit card payment what a scam
