My 17yr old daughter bought a Honda CRV listed as excellent condition. On the way home it overheated. He did not answer calls until the next day. We had it towed home and the next day the mechanic said to take it back, the whole motor was burned up and it needed a new engine. Paid $250 to have it towed from Montrose to Santa Fe Springs. He refused refund, but said that we could choose from one of his many cars for sale. He stated that he has selling permits to sell vehicles from home... My daughter chose the 1999 Suzuki Grand Vitara. He advertised it as excellent condition and stated that the only issue was that the gas gauge may not work. The gauge works fine. Another man at his home topped off the oil and we drove it home. By the next morning, the oil had leaked out, and the mechanic stated that this car was also needed a new engine, battery, alternator, struts, windshield (which I was aware is cracked), and catalytic converter. When I reached back out, he stated that with used cars you "never know what will happen" and that we can trade for another one OR take the burnt out Honda back. I refused, as I don't want my child to get into another one of his cars, and we proceeded to try to fix it. A total of $3400 later, it is still not able to be smogged or running. Today, I was able to sell it to a mechanic for parts. Multiple people have advised me to take this man to court, but I am not sure how to do that. The police are aware and knew who he was when I called, but it was not regarding this matter.

Please help. This man is robbing innocent people and his page is extremely misleading.

I ordered one three month supply of KETO GUMMIES that have done nothing for me and one month later I received another three month order of the gummies. I called the phone number on the bottle 877-308-0060 and was told I had signed up for a monthly reorder of this 3 month supply and that is why I was charged and received it. I told them to cancel my account and to refund me for this second order and was given a RMA number and PO box to return it to and was told I need to pay for the shipping and there will be a handling fee for the return but she has no idea how much money it will be. KetoXpert-KETO is DEFIANTLY a SCAM, the product doesn't work and I doubt I will ever get my money back from this company.

The scammer is using photos from our law firm and claiming to be an immigration law firm themselves. They have scammed a number of people stating they will help them with legal immigration issues. They have taken thousands of innocent peoples money and they do not provide any services. They are not a legitimate business, and they should be taken off immediately.

The scammer used the photos and likeness from Star 94 in Atlanta, Jenn Show. Says you won a prize and please enter your credit card details to verify identity. Many people on the fake page are falling for it. Please help

We had our garage floor surface refinished withEpoxy flake system with a guarantee for life. The product was UV, heat, scratch and yellowing resistant. Less than 2 years, it yellowed and started chipping. We tried to contact him and no response. We ended up going to a company that has been in business for a long time and ended up paying over $4,000. But the result is amazing with life time guarantee. I search for the old contractor on Facebook, Trevor Hardwick and he has moved to South Carolina with the same business and he states that he is also a minister.

The advertisement displays and states the shoes look and are made as Clark shoes and also uses the Clark name and a picture of a Clark’s shoe to promote their shoes. These shoes are absolutely not the same look, fit or quality as a Clarks shoe.

I paid $128.77 for a motorcycle part via PayPal. Then was notified by a shipping company that I had to pay another $100.00 for shipping. This was not disclosed in my correspondence with Bikes Spare Parts Shop.

I was on a Facebook page looking for a house for rent in the Omaha Nebraska area and she left me a message saying that she had some properties available in the area. She asked how many rooms and how much I could afford. She sent me some photos of a house for sale she said she was willing to rent instead. She sent me a link to fill out an application, which I did and it had a $50 application fee, which I paid through Cash app. She then continued to ask for an additional $100 for the other adults on the application, to which I responded that my husband and I wanted to see the house and make sure us was all legit before sending any more money. She stated it was all legit, that her husband owns the property and she is a private landlord. She also stated that she could show us the house once the application process was complete after the other money was received. The first cash app address I sent the $50 to failed. She sent me another cash app address which was successful. At this time my husband was in Omaha and drove by the property where he saw a Berkshire Hathaway sale sign. I contacted Berkshire Hathaway and gave them her name, which they have never heard of before.

My husband offered to stay for the public walkthrough that was taking place that day. I told this to Sara and she said we couldn't attend until after the application process was complete. I then informed her that I gave her name to Berkshire Hathaway and that they have never heard of her. She stated it was ok, she has a name and a reputation to uphold.

I then blocked her and let CashApp about the scam and requested a refund. No refund has been received at this time

The person said to be Andrea had very good reviews in a private group as a breeder of Cornish Rex kittens she gave very convincing information to make me think that she was a legitimate breeder by the term she used. And all the proper shots and stuff the kitten had . The type of food feed everything that you would sell a person you were selling a cat to .She sent me pictures of the kittens and told me she wanted a down payment and that way she would send me a contract email the next morning. I contacted her after not hearing from her that morning. Mind you after I already sent her the down payment asking her where the contract was and she did get back to me, but it was several hours later. At this point, I was feeling very dumb that I fell for this and told her I wanted my money back because of her lack of communication which she replied sorry ma’am there’s no refunds and that I should sign the contract and send it back to her which I refused to and I told her if she was a legitimate breeder she would’ve given me the money back. She immediately blocked me from the chat, and also from the group which might be deleted completely. There are many many people who joined that group who will probably fall for the same scam also Upon reading the contract, it says they wanted 600 more and the total price was 1000 Which is about the price of one of these kittens. The contract also said that they wanted the money three days before I picked the cat up and that was never gonna happen. I would not give any more money even before I thought I was scammed just reading that made me realize this was a scam.

Facebook moderator Edna Finn contacted me about a puppy that was advertised and I liked and asked if it was available she replied to me the next day via Facebook Messenger stating that the puppy was available and in her possession she then asked me a series of questions such as an adoption interview style questionnaire upon completing the questionnaire she told me that I was approved she offered me two male Cane Corsos and asked me which one would I like to purchase once I advised her which one I was interested in she told me that the fee was $900 with the shipping fee of $350 in an ear crop fee of $150 in which she would have done free of charge to me since it was the first time that her and I were doing business together later on we decided to not have the air crop done so she told me that she would ship the puppy for free after I insisted on picking the puppy up from Austin Texas in person myself with the final payment upon this request she told me she could not cancel the shipping as she had already had it scheduled and paid for and I have still not received my puppy which was supposed to have been delivered Same Day on May 31st 2024 today is June 6th 2024

It was on Facebook as a veteran James Russell making copper bird houses and wooden animal chimes by hand. When received in mail, the bird house was tin painted brown, and the chime was poly resin like from CHINA. I think it is pretty sad when you are acting like that an injured veteran is making these for a living. After the fact I saw that this is a scam. I do not think they should be able to sell on Facebook

There is a person posing as a buyer on Facebook marketplace. She goes by Gertrude H and she asked me to use my cell phone to text communication. I fell for this. They got my phone number, address, and created a google voice account.
