I was visiting Facebook and saw the add of rescued Yorkies. I wanted to adopt a rescue Yorkie. I contacted the organization the way they requested, email. I was contacted and I asked information pertaining to a particular Yorkie named Zita. I was told she was available. The cost to adopt her would be $350. Deposit of $250 would need to be paid in order to have her neutered. I submitted the deposit of $250 via CashApp. Because I would not be able to pick her up, I live in NC, someone would deliver. He or she would schedule flight to nearest airport. I gave them nearest airport. Zita was to have neuter on Saturday 5 October 2024. I needed to pay $244.50, which I paid $245, for travel. Balance of $100 would be paid once I received Zita. On 5Oct 2024, I reached out because he or she told me they would contact once her surgery was over. Later that day, I was contacted that she had surgery. They had not retrieved funds yet from CashApp. My suspicions grew when he or she kept asking me to take a screenshot which I did. They wanted me to take a complete screenshot. More than one time. To see my activity, they wanted a complete screenshot to see my deposits and/or withdrawals. I did not send. Send money to, Zelle: Larry sims Jr. I did not have Zelle, so I was asked to use CashApp.

One name they gave me to send money to on CashApp was [email protected]. When I let he or she know, they told me not that one. I hurried to get funds back on CashApp. They submitted another name on CashApp to use,

After emailing back and forth for awhile, he or she asked me to text them at (423) 435-0889. At that time, I asked the name of who I was talking to. They sent back, Brian Spencer Dominic. CashApp name to send funds, $DomLaria.

I asked for my refund and have not received. CashApp claims they cannot and I have to contact seller. Which I have. My mom had a stroke/dementia and was looking forward to having Zita. When someone insists on wanting more screenshots to, I believe, wanted to try and scam me for more money, is heart wrenching.

I want my money back so I can find a reputable, honest rescue group to house a much needed pet.

Thank U,

Joan Milligan

P.S. I have all emails and texts messages sent. I also located Brian Spencer in Jackson, TN. The number that I was given to text, was under his name on LinkedIn, it he has changed it. Also, this organization changes its name from time to time. Example, Zita’s picture now is u dear the organization, Adorable Yorkies for Rehoming. Tried to leave a comment that the are scammers . No way to leave a comment. One has been left but from the organization.

Tobi Peter (as listed on his public facebook profile) posted an ad on the community page with his prices and services. I requested a brake pad replacement job, of which he offered to do for $170.00 (including parts). He asked for a $40.00 deposit and later $60.00 for brake pins. I provided my address and he claimed he was on the way. He then texted that he was outside, but I didn’t see his white truck. I asked him several times to send a picture of where he was, and called several times as well. He hung up on me, and the rest of my calls were missed.

It was a Facebook post on the Photo Booth Network. She was selling a printer and media (Paper). I ordered 2 boxes for $165. Paid with Zelle to a Tiana Jones (773) 949-7707. I called this number after submitting the money. Tiana Jones unfortunately had no clue what was happening. Then I was forced by the shipping company Jet Lag Logistics to pay $200 for insurance with the agreement that I'd get 90% of the insurance money back once product was delivered. Now Jet Lag Logistics wants an additional $150 for clearance fee amounting to $50 and state tax amounting to $100. They also said "This fee is needed to clear custom at the check point by the authorities for your package and necessary documents such as the state tax document which is a document that is assign to packages shipped within states. Your package must be stamped and approve by the custom check officers." In addition they said "This document will be made available to you at our post office. This document will be used by you for 3months to carry out your shipments and will not be task for it after 3months. So we can promptly have your package delivered. This will be refunded alongside your insurance fee cash in hand upon delivery! AND THIS WILL BE THE LAST PAYMENT"

He gets the information and goes get coils but not putting them on the ac like stated. So he’s still coils too. He’s taking people money and only fixing/sealing the problem to last 2 weeks gives you a year warranty and refuses to come back when the problem was never fixed. He is going around scamming and it’s all over Facebook now.

purchase email and ask them to cancel it let them know that I realized they were fraud told them that I reported them to Facebook to the Stanley corporation and that I had filed a better business bureau complaint and I wanted my money back. I contacted my bank but they said they could not do anything about it until open business hours to file a complaint and if I wanted to cancel the transaction I would have to pay a fee and if it was considered pending I could do nothing but the man stated and order to talk to somebody from that whole department I would have to wait until opening business hours. My purchase total came out to $39.32 for the total cost of the cup and a $10 delivery charge....they also replied as if they were still stanley and they are not saying they wede basically hacked and we need to expose those people. If i can add a screenshot i will.

I wanted to buy a car. I saw a car online on Facebook, a 2009 Nissan gtr35 being sold by a seller by the name of Woods Develli or something like that. He says he is based in Phillipsburg NJ. The car was being sold for 1500. I bought it but I have spent 3270 and I've never driven the car or seen it. There would be so much excuses from the car dealership and the shipping company. I was supposed to receive said car weeks ago but I haven't. And now they are expecting me to pay 799 to receive said car. Mind you I am just 17 yr old and barely have a job. I just want to know if this is a scam or not. If I want to go ahead with this payment in hopes to receive my car. And they won't tell me why I need to pay 799.

On September 15,2024 I came across a home for rent on 3119 w. 76th st LA, CA 90043

I contacted the “real estate agent” Jermaine, Washington he called me right away from +1 (919) 464-1220 he proceeded to tell me about the home he stated my family and I are more then welcome to go view the home so we did the very next day at 8:30am the scammer stated the home was a smart home and all I would need was a code that he would help provide to get into the home on 9/16/2024 we went and punched the code 418344 and it worked we where in side and looking around it was a lovely three bedroom two bathrooms home with a nice porch and big back yard it was perfect I thought for my five kids and it was affordable and convenient for me in every single way, Or so I thought.

I sent him the $130 via Zelle to Dennis 470-776-3644 said this was the secretary's number for the application fees he stated he would send the money back the same way I sent it once I give him the deposit and first month rent we agreed on me giving him half now and the other half later so I sent him half $2,000 via Zelle to michele 951-551-9998 and let him know I will give him $2,000 via Zelle on September 16,2024 and then in person date agreed which was September 18, 2024 to get the keys and sign the lease agreement we thought this must be legit because he sent me back the application fee $130 the next day I call Mr. Washington to get the time so we can meet on 9/18/2024 but there was no answer I then began to research invitation homes some thing I wish I would’ve done before hand. I called and spoke to the receptionist at the headquarters 1888-990-4684 (mind you this headquarters is not in California I’m not sure where they originated from). To let her know I have an appointment September 18 with the real estate agent Jermaine Washington to get the keys and sign the lease. She then begins to inform me that he is a fraud and they’ve had a few complaints about him already she tells me to report .him to the FBI and call my bank to stop all payment. This man sent me his credentials, lease agreements the code to the house

Days before my daughters 15th birthday I thought I was going to give her her own room after having

Ito share with her four siblings her whole life

That all came to a shattering truth after finding out that I was swindled out of a house a home for my family

I don’t make a lot I’m a medical assistant struggling to make it invitation homes should be held accountable me being able to walk into one of there “smart homes” is ridicules how easily I was for that scammer to give me information about their company and be able to provide a code to get into one of their homes

I did do more research and found out there is an invitation homes in Glendale 805-372-2900 I called them to let them know. I have an appointment with Jerome Washington on September 18. I need to know what time to meet him. places me on hold returns to the call and states my name in the system and the name of my agent is Maricela 626-655-8720 but no appointment had been scheduled I call Maricela She states she doesn’t recall my name or having heard of me at all. She asked me to send her all the documentation from Jerome Washington and I did. I texted everything right over. September 18. I got No response I then called invitation homes In Glendale again asked for the manager or the supervisors name and number His name is Christian and his number is 805-372-2980 and he informed me that that is in fact, A property of invitation, homes and that currently someone was squatting there at the moment. At the end, he just apologized said there’s nothing he can do about it and that he’s sorry I lost $2000 that’s not good enough for me I need to know this will not happen again they need to do better. I did file a report with the Inglewood police station my report number is 24-51983 please let me know if there is anything else you may need I saved all documents

This company is not licenced and is masking as a non profit taking donations. He dose not have insurance or a DOT number on his vehicle. He said he works for donations but a company has to pay taxes on these donations he is not paying taxes. He is using these donations to live on and to fix up his truck. All of this is illegal if you are not a business and not a non profit.

Facebook had a customer service phone number on their app and I was having trouble using the app so I called this phone number, and trusted it because it was on Facebook itself not on Google. Facebook has to be in on it if they are putting this phone number on their own app. They are allowing people to scam, and they have to be in on it or the phone number wouldn’t be on the app.

I contacted Melissa Johnson through https://www.facebook.com/groups/678330731022687, and asked to get the puppy. She asked for $400 deposit first and I zelled to [email protected]. I asked her why this persona related to you, no response. I started DM to other people who is also requested the puppies from her and found out that one of them got scammed and one is offered the same dog that she is going to sell to me (dog name is Max). Anyhow, she said she can ship the dog to me today 10/14/2024, and asked me to contact the shipping company which is Mainexpressshippers.com, I googled it and found that this shipping company is a totally scam. I've tried to requested paperwork from her, but keep mentioning it will be delivered but never did. I also noticed that her cell number is registered in Ohio, but she is located in Northern CA. She did provide another number which is 574-914-3190. The FB group that the scammers created is targeting people who love dog and senior people who is lonely.

I was on Facebook looking at Stanley cups. I clicked on what I thought was a link to their website. I made a purchase. When I got the confirmation of the purchase for $39.32 then I realized in the email it wasn't Stanley after all. It said standley along with the actual name in the email of Stanley and the need help info email was not for Stanley. There was no way to cancel the order. I emailed several times saying cancel the order, you are a fraud, give me my money back. I told them I reported them to Facebook and was contacting the better business bureau. No reply back. Bank is closed so I can't cancel it. I took screenshots of the page on Facebook and the email confirmation of the purchase. When I got the email the email was at the bottom [email protected] and said 2024 STANDLEY. The top said STANLEY with their logo so I didn't realize it was a fraud till I got the the bottom of email. When I went to click the highlight pink it sent me to STANDLEY was at the top along with remodeldecor.top then it says free shipping on orders over $30 and below that is STANLEY with their logo and a picture of a girl holding a Stanley cup
