These people kept trying to get gift cards from my mother in hopes of her getting a replacement dog after her dog was put down. Terrible people. Wired 1000 through paypal. They wanted apple pay cards or they tried any other attempt to get any gift card. Stop them as soon as possible.

He gave me info on secondary medicare insurance ce and monthly billing amounts. filled out an application with medical, and medicare, social security number and personal info. At the end he said Mutual of Omaha and I had to give him my bank account information. I said no. Then he said he could not put my application in without a credit card to show how I would pay for this. I said no. He then sent me a copy of his card with a picture on it. I still said no.

They posted a 2 bedroom 1 bath house for rent. Water and trash included, they had it set for $700 a month. $1470 was for the deposits, first month and application fee. They were fine at first and seemed to be going well. Then they wouldnt send anything that was supposed to be emailed to us or sent. They have an account under Joshua Mills. They got $70 from us and was asking for us to send the rest before sending us anymore information.

I saw an ad for remote work for this company on Facebook. I went through training where I was asked to write travel reviews. I had accumulated $300 worth of earnings when I was asked how I wanted to be paid via PayPal or cryptocurrency. I opted for PayPal. Before receiving my money, I was assigned more work. Soon after, my balance showed that I owed the company $246. I was told I had to pay to continue to work. I didn't pay and cut off communication with the company.

I downloaded some games on my phone. They have me link my PayPal account which is connected to my bank account. It's showing that I won money, when I withdraw the funds from the app. I thought it was going into my PayPal account. Instead it withdrew the funds. I called the number my bank provided me with. Got a recording saying that the person is in no way connected with Avia gaming. And his speech was slurred.

My name is ****** *********. My complaint is about a fake ghost job posting that was posted by Shea Molina. She tricked me thinking she had a job for me, and I had a job interview that would lead to employment with Southern Optical in Norcross Georgia. It turned out it, was scam to steal my information and to also waste my gas and time. I was contacted by the fake Sr Southern Optical recruiter, Shea Molina couple days ago saying, Hello ****** this is Shea Molina from Southern Optical. I have a job you might be interested in. She begin asking me for person information. My social security number, date of birth and my resume background.

She then said, You a qualified candidate for the job and I would like to schedule you for a interview, and I will send all your information over to the hiring managers for a in person interview at Southern Optical. At first it felt like it was legit and it would lead to me getting the job. Little did I know, this was just a lie and a scam to get my information. I then told her I look forward to the interview with the managers at Southern Optical.

On October 22, 2024 the scam artist Shea Molina contacted me by email. She then said We are delighted to inform you that your interview for this position at Southern Optical is in Norcross Georgia, has been successfully scheduled and confirmed. I went to the interview, and spoke to a guy name Chip Ciprian Doaga, and Jeff Rowely. I didn't understand why these guys would waste my time and talk to me about the job, show me around the lab, but then when I got home couple days later, got a email saying we regret to tell you this but we went with another person? No explanation, no phone call nothing. I didn't appreciate that, it wasn't right and also this was another fake ghost job postion made by these terrible awful people. Something needs to me done! Jeffrey Rowely and Chip Ciprian Doaga, need to face some type of Disciplinary action corrective measure for doing this to me.

Southern Optical needs to be reported for posting fake jobs, racism, and lying misleading people thinking they going to hire you, knowing they are not. The news reporters on tv, are not talking about bad places like Southern Optical posting fake jobs online, misleading folks, and wasting people time going on fake interviews knowing they are not hiring. Also, I think racism played a part of those white people being jealous and envious of me being a black man, also was another reason why I didn't get hired. Truth of it is, racsim still exist and these racist white people dont want to give you a job and don't wan't to see a black man doing better than them

I ordered a hair topper. However, the wrong color hair topper was sent to me. I emailed asking for a refund. They wanted pics so I sent a pic of what I ordered and what was sent. The 2 colors are not even similar. They reviewed and said the lighting was making the colors look different. I again asked for a refund & they responded by saying that it would be very expensive for me to ship it back, and offered a 20% refund. My order was $37.98 & my refund was $7:60. I have pictures to add to this but I am not sure if that is possible to do.

I purchased a cheese grater for $19.99 on 10/1/24. On 10/15/24, I was charged an additional $29.99.

When I contacted my bank to report a fraudulent transaction, the bank instructed me to attempt to get a refund from the company and if they refused, my bank would then return the money in a fraud charge against the company. When I spoke to Landmark, they told me that by purchasing the item, I agreed to enroll in a discount program where I could get discounts on other products in the future, with a one-time charge of $29.99.

Since I had no idea I’d enrolled in this program, I asked to be removed from it, and issued a refund. I was then told they could only issue me a 50% refund. I accused them of shady business dealings, and was told a second time they’d issue a $15 refund if I wanted, but that was all they could do. I told them to go ahead and give me the $15, and I’d get the remainder from my bank by reporting them for fraud. At this point, they agreed to refund the total amount.

Watch these introductory offers. They’re mostly scams.

We hired Robert Escobedo through the business name Escobedo Construction LLC to finish our basement. Terms were agreed to an a contract was written. Half of the $30,000 was paid down with another $5000 owed halfway through the 8 weeks needed for completion. The entire project was constantly running severely behind but we made our payments to him on good faith. Once we had given Robert a total of $20,000 he stopped working and blocked our phone numbers. A total of $2300 had been spent on drywall, framing, and hired out labor. Robert was unable explain where the remainder of our money had gone and said he was out of money/could not complete the job. We found out he did not have an active LLC or contractors license, and never pulled building permits. Several others have reached out and let is know the exact same thing happened to them after hiring this man. They made a majority of the payments on a job that was running behind, then he never came back.
