I received a recommendation for a group called 362K_cyber to restore a facebook account.

They quoted me $89. I said I'd pay a deposit for the work. Then they needed me to buy two codes for 74 and 89 or something similar, then they tried to get me to buy security software. I finally got to the end and paid the remaining $49 because they said the codes would time out. Nothing happened. These were to two email addresses: Theresa Nester, [email protected] and Regina Anacleto, [email protected]

The conversation was all via messenger.

They said they needed codes from different sellers. It was supposed to take 1 hour. After hours they said it was so bad, it was clear a hacker was "out to get me".

Then I was supposed to send them a picture of an id or license to continue (I did not.) Continued to pressure me to buy security software and after quite a while I said I now believed it was fraud. Finally, I said I'd be contacting the police and they threatened me saying I will be sorry.

It was advertised like QVC overstock. And I bought in. They had secured labels and all that. They answer my emails. But it’s always an excuse. First on the shipping delays and eventual shipping mishap. Was delivered but apparently at the wrong address at 1:30am. Lol. And for the past couple weeks on the reasons the refund is still being processed and how it must be on my cards end. But I checked with them and have been assured that no refunds have been issued.

Did the business try to resolve the problem: The vendor offered a partial refund, the difference of $46.19 USD, a profit to them for their fraud. I should not have to pay anything for fraud.

I found a website and thought it was QVC. It said QVC, so it had the same name, same merchandise, same offers, etc. After my order was placed I noticed the amount was different. I tried to contact the company but it actually comes up as "holydaohoa.com" and "HUI*tradejialong.com." No phone # is listed and it and won't accept emails.

I ordered a Baerskin waterproof jacket for my husband. After 10 days, i emailed the company and received a response with a reply to investigate, but no further reply. I tried the CHAT option on the website with no human assistance. I called the phone number and received assistance with tracking information for my items ordered. I requested an email with the tracking information. Item was being shipped from China. I received one item and immediately noted that it was a cheap thin windbreaker; not the fleece lined jacket as ordered. I have been emailing them about the wrong item with no further response.

An ad came up on Facebook regarding the gummies. I decided to get one bottle just to try. They had a special stating buy one get one free. They also offered additional bottles at a lower cost per bottle. I only wanted one bottle to start. When I got the order summary it had one bottle and a bottle of cleanse. I called customer service and told them I did not want the cleanse. They said they could do nothing about it. Later I got the order confirmation which showed I was charged for two bottles. I called again to find out why I was charged for two, she said they did not have a buy one get one. I asked why I wasn’t charged for just one bottle as I had ordered. She really could not give a reason.

Received offer via Facebook for sneakers and was charged 70.99. Never received order form or tracking information via email. No numbers listed to call. The website had a green check as verified but isn't. Still have not received any feedback as of today. Purchase was made April 15th 2024.

I ordered 1 bottle of these keto gummies at a price of $59.00 on 4/24/2024. Today I went to check my account and this company charged me $119 for 2 more bottles. When I called to complain and get refunded everything they said they couldn’t refund my money. It’s one thing to be dishonest with the product and charging people for things they didn’t order but to not refund you money for something you didn’t order.

I was not able to get a phone number or email address for this company. I placed an order with this company. Their address is Hehua Community Pinghu Street Lingang District Schenzhen Gangdlong Privince China. I contacted the company through PayPal to let them know that my item had not been delivered and that I had ordered the item more than 2 months ago. Of course I got the same regenerated email response through PayPal. I finally reached out to USPS with my tracking info and I was told that the tracking number I gave them was not connected to my address but another address and for privacy reasons they could not give the address that the item was delivered to. I have gone back and forth with this company for over 2 weeks and have gotten nowhere. I can file another claim with PayPal before the 8th of May and I plan to follow through with that claim once I get the documentation for USPS.

I just do not want someone else to be scammed by this group.
