I ordered 3 collapsible lawn chairs, on-line, via Facebook. The chairs were supposed to arrive within 5-10 days. After 3 weeks and no delivery, I attempted to contact the company, Yarene. My numerous attempts were never answered. I checked the comments page on Facebook only to discover that a multitude of people had the same experience. A few days later, I received a scarf in the mail from Yarene! A SCARF! I contacted my credit card company and advised them of the scam. They told me that I would have to return the scarf to Yarene (in China) and verify the transaction before they would open an investigation. This is inconceivable to me.

Facebook had an ad and I ordered from it. I was able to track my order, until they told me it was delivered, on the courtyard, which I don’t have. They told me to check with my neighbors, I did. And nobody received anything. And now no response. I told them I wanted my money back or I was going to the BBB, still no response.

ad on FB for suitcase. placed order got some jacked up tracking ap. contacted company advised me that it was showing delivered. Advised if I had not received it, I needed to contact USPS. I contacted them and they have nothing from the company for me.

I was looking for windows for sale on marketplace in the local section,I found this ad and began to contact them, immediately they responded and actually gave me prices and sizes for the windows they had listed,I informed them that I wanted some of the ones they had informed me of,then I proceeded to ask about some doors they had mentioned, and yes,”of course”they had one the size I needed,so again,I informed this person I also wanted the door, then when I asked if they ever got any refrigerators in,”of course”she said yes,and sent me a couple pics of what she had,and I agreed to accept one of the refrigerators,i wasn’t able to send the money through Facebook pay as the link wouldn’t show up for me,(if paid through Facebook you can get your money refunded back..with this happening, she then requested I send it thru cash app(“no,you can’t recover your money thru cash app”)at first I sent the $275.00 (for the windows and the door,)Marsha rose then started asking me when I was gonna send the rest of the money($175.00,for the refrig and the door)I informed her it would be a couple hours,(I am disabled and had to borrow the money from my son,as I needed a refrig badly and also a new front door(well used but new to me)she kept messaging me and wanting to know when I was gonna send the rest of the money as she had to go run errands and pick up her son,(“I should have known better at this point”)finally my son sent me the money($100.00,as I had the $75.00 myself”)so I sent her(M**** R***..aka:iluvmymoney on cash app)the other $175.00..and she informed me it would be delivered the next day by 12:00.. “no later”..I tried to contact this person the next morning and she had blocked me i reported to cash app and they informed me they couldn’t do anything when I talked to support, it’s unbelieveable how people are willing to take someone else’s money because they are lazy, especially a disabled persons money, when we barely live as it is

Facebook ad to purchase an artificial Christmas tree. When I finally obtained the tracking info it was being shipped from China, ad said it was shipped from within the US, Oregon. I tracked it and was sent and received in Ohio, I live in South Carolina. I determined the tracking info address they used is a fake PO box. I wrote them once a week for 9 weeks, they kept claiming they were re-shipping it. Never got anything. I reported to my credit card and they did refund my charge back to the credit card. They continue to change the website and merchandise they offer.

Item ordered from a Facebook ad. Used a credit card to make the purchase on 12/9/22. Credit card was charged on 12/12/22 for $48.98 by Qualtry. I was sent an e-mail 12/9/22 saying the order was received. I was sent another e-mail on 12/23/22 with a order tracking number that would not work, response was "bad request". I tried calling the company on 12/23/22 and after a short hold with a recording about how valuable my business was to them, I was disconnected. I e-mailed the company on 12/27/22, still waiting for a response. I called again on 12/29/22 and this time I was able to leave a message. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge if I do not receive any response back to try to recoup my money spent.
