"F&L PLUMBING". Fred Heins and his partner Leslie Heins a plumber advertising in Kitchener, Cambridge and Guelph Ontario... Fred took $1800 start the work and never shows up again to finish the work. I've waited for him two months before start googling and found dozens of people are getting scammed by him and his partner with the same way. Either take down payment or full payment and never shows up to do the job or finish the job. When confronted him to with open a small business claim in the court house made promises to show up but never did and stop returning or answer my calls, texts and emails... The numbers linked to his business is 226-989-6117 and 226-972-7299

They are also on Kijiji claiming to give amazing deals on items but they want you to pay upfront or else they give the deal to someone else...
