I hired Evict shield to help me with an eviction matter that is still pending case # ***********. The legal advice they gave me led me to get Lockout of my apartment.

When I called to evict Shield to let them know what took place and how I can get my belongings out of the apartment unit, My phone number was blocked

Why I was going through my eviction I spoke to the attorney and said that he can provide paperwork for me to stay in my home for 60 to 90 days and to stay at home until the sheriff came and present the documents I wasn't home the property manager came broke the window and locked me out of my apartment when I went to the Sheriff's Office to try to resolve the situation Sheriff told me that I was supposed to walk these documents into the Sheriff's Office and present them to them and not wait at my door and wait for them to come which I was instructed by The Intern this improper advice led me to getting locked out of my home and I want to refund as soon as possible

I am being evicted from my home and received a call from a person named Paul Harmon claiming to be a tenant eviction Lawyer. This individual said he would take my case I would need to deposit $2,500 for the retainer fee and he would stop the eviction and I would get to keep my home for 6 more months and every month I had their law firm representing me I would pay $1,400. Totaling $10,900 I sent both my eviction letters via email and received a reply back they would take my case. I would need to go to Chase Bank and deposit $2,500 into an account then they would begin the process. The email said: All retainer deposits can be completed at any chase bank please make deposit slip out to The BLC Group Account number 821-277-529. They sent me a video and contract to e-sign and return. I did not sign because I was skeptical about this but I am desperate and these people used that and even brought the Lord into this saying they are a Christian based firm and said all the right things a person in my situation needs to hear to feel safe. I went online to search for them and found all these negative reviews and everyone had the same experience I did. I emailed them and called to inquire about this and have not heard back. Please take this website down and bring justice for all their victims they scammed before me. I was blessed not to be fooled but they have done this to others and when you’re in this situation facing homelessness you are beyond vulnerable and these people prey on that.
