I purchased a hoodie from this site on 12/06 and never received it. This merchant use PayPal to collect payment. The phone number provided on the website is disconnected. The person stop responding to email. Buyers beware! Do not purchase from this site.

The sweatshirts never arrived and the shipping confirmation was never sent

I ordered what I thought to be an authentic Essentials hoodie from an authentic company. I placed the order on 12/7/23. I received an email on 12/14/23 stating, don't worry my order shipped and I would receive it within 5-6 days. I sent another email stating I had not received my order on 12/23/23. I received a response on 12/28/23 with the same message, stating don't worry I would receive it within 5-6 days. At that point I requested a refund. I haven't received any response after my refund request. It is now 1/3/24. The email came from [email protected]. The name that comes across with the email is Aaron Jee. The charge on my credit card says it is coming from Melbourne, Victoria Australia.
