Weird and more than likely fake job offer

I got an email from Naomi Coleman stating that they had received my resume and that I was perfect for the position. I do want to clarify that I never applied to that position they just reached out to me. I sent my resume and contact info, then got an email with the job requirements, asking to fill out 2 forms and a text asking me to contact her once I was done. It seemed weird but I sent the info and then she replied I was hired. I asked multiple times to talk to her because who will hire you without an interview. Well, she asked me to download this weird app (Signal Messenger) for communication but I replied I needed to speak to her...on a normal phone call. Not sure if she'll reply but this seems like a scam. Not sure what they get out of it.

Fake job offer

They will ask you for you resume, contact info and send you a welcome letter. In this letter you are going to find 2 forms for HR and after finishing with the forms the email address will stop working. You wont be able to contact them.

Someone contacted me about a new job that I had applied for on a job board. There was no initial interview but I was told I had received the job. Looked into the actual company’s website and things did not add up. They had me install a messenger app. I discontinued contact.
